As we face the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, our top priority is the safety of our members and staff at Lakeview Federal Credit Union. We are staying current as new information arises and take guidance from national, state and local agencies. In light of the recent changes occurring, we are moving forward to update our offices.
Our Ashtabula Office will begin temporary lobby hours on Friday, May 29 with a NEW lobby entrance/exit. The ENTRANCE ONLY will be the rear doors (parking-lot side) and the EXIT ONLY will be the doors in front of the building (State Road side). The doors will be appropriately marked for your convenience.
Our Ashtabula Office will be open by appointment for new accounts or loan services. Please call (440) 998-2707 and we can schedule your appointment.
Temporary Lobby Hours for Teller Transactions (Ashtabula ONLY)
Monday – Friday
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Drive thru will be open normal business hours.
Jefferson and Geneva Offices
The Jefferson and Geneva Office will remain drive thru only for teller transactions but will be available for new accounts or loan services by appointment. Please call (440) 576-4382 in Jefferson or (440) 415-9900 in Geneva to make an appointment during our normal business hours.
All Lakeview Employees will be required to wear a mask. We will request a mask to be worn to enter the building. In order to verify your identity, we may ask you to briefly lower your mask.
We are diligently sanitizing and conducting recommended cleansing measures consistently at all office locations. All high-touch areas will be wiped down between transactions. Hand sanitizer will be available for members and staff.
Please maintain the appropriate social distance measures of keeping six feet from others. We have marked our lobby in 6-foot increments and may limit capacity at any given time. Plexiglass barriers have been installed on both the teller line and on the office desks for added protection.
Our staff will have their temperature checked daily before the work day begins and will stay home if necessary. Ultimately, please refrain from entering the offices if you have a temperature or symptoms related to COVID-19.
Don’t forget…Lakeview offers many alternatives to allow you to bank remotely. Please utilize our drive thru as often as possible as well as our ATM for 24/7 cash withdraws. Remote Deposit Capture within the Lakeview Mobile Banking App is a great way to deposit most checks and you can apply for a loan by phone, on our website at LakeviewFCU.com or also from the Lakeview Mobile Banking App.
